I identified a trend in Tastemade UK’s audience wanting to learn more about the craft and science behind the recipe content we posted.

This led me to develop, produce and direct a series called ‘How To Make’, resulting in viral masterclass-style videos filmed in a studio and then later a lockdown version (hello Banana Bread).

The series features Head Chefs showing us how they make their ultimate versions of our favourite foods.
